The wonderful potato wedges recipe we have for you today is guaranteed to make your senses tingle. The wedges are delicious and healthy as well as they don’t contain anything harmful and are full of beneficial nutrients.

To prepare the wedges, cut a potato in half, then continue cutting lengthwise until you get about 8 wedges per potato. Leave the skin as it’s rich in zinc, fiber, copper and vitamin B6. For this recipe, you’ll also need nutritional yeast flakes – you can find the ingredient in the healthy food section in markets. The flakes are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and protein and go great in vegan cheese sauce, gravy and soups and stews.

Here’s how to prepare the delicious potato wedges:

6 medium-sized potatoes

2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes

A teaspoon of paprika

A teaspoon of sea salt

A teaspoon of Italian seasoning

A teaspoon of onion powder

¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

A tablespoon of parsley leaves

A tablespoon of chopped garlic

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F – in the meantime, wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges, then put them in a bowl and sprinkle all the spices on them. Arrange the wedges on baking sheet and bake them for 45 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Take the wedges out in the end and enjoy!
