The butter sold in stores isn’t really healthy, no matter the price you pay. Commercial butter is made from pasteurized milk and contains other unhealthy compounds which can cause numerous problem. 2 cups of heavy raw milk
Mix the cream in a food processor for 10 minutes until it’s grainy and separates in butter and buttermilk. Now, drain the butter from the milk and scrape all the butter from the food processor, then put it in cold water and stir gently with a spoon until the water is clear. Now, squeeze the extra liquid from the butter nicely and put it in a jar which you should keep in the fridge for up to a couple of months.
