1 mashed ripe banana

1 egg

A tablespoon of buttermilk

¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

3 tablespoons of flour

3 tablespoons of brown sugar

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder

1/8 teaspoon of salt

1/8 teaspoon of baking powder

Additionally, you can also add some banana slices, powdered sugar or whipped cream into the mug.



Mash the banana in a larger mug, then add the buttermilk, egg, oil, flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and mix well. Now, put the mug in the microwave and heat it up for 2-3 minutes. Take it out and leave it to cool down afterwards, then enjoy this tasty and nutritious dessert!
