Our diet plays an important part in our life. People that have excess pounds on their body are at an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer and sleep apnea, which is why they should try and reduce their weight. Although most diets don’t work, the diet we have for you today is recommended by a famous European cardiologist who claims that it’s completely safe and reliable.


The diet is based on eggs and fresh fruit – paired with regular daily exercise, it promises to bring incredible results! The breakfast is always the same – a piece of your favorite fruit (except bananas and grapes), while the other meals vary. Here’s how the diet plan looks like:


Day 1

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, a cup of yogurt and 1 orange

Dinner: 2 pieces of toast, ½ a cucumber, 2 tomatoes, a bowl of lettuce and 2 boiled eggs

Day 2

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange and a piece of toast

Lunch: 125 gr. of red meat, a cup of sugar-free tea or coffee, 1 orange and 1 piece of toast

Day 3

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 cucumber and an orange

Dinner: same as day 2


Day 4

Lunch: 125 gr. of cottage cheese, a piece of toast and an orange

Dinner: the same as day 3

Day 5

Lunch: 1 tomato, a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked fish or meat

Dinner: half a pound of cooked potatoes, peas and carrots

Follow the diet for 5 days and take a 2-day break afterwards, then repeat it again. Remember to cook the vegetables without salt and start exercising for at least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week for best results.
