  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup water

First juice the orange and toss all the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy and drink it right away. If you’re using dried figs make sure you soak them in some water for 30minutes before blending them.

  • 1 apple (if they’re organic don’t peel them)

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp. ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
