Jennifer Aniston, the famous Hollywood actress, says that she starts her day with this amazing smoothie. The ingredients that it contains are responsible for her perfect skin as well as her weight. Recently, she shared the recipe with everyone online. Here it is:

Ingredients
1 cup of chocolate almond milk
1 cup of frozen cherries
1 teaspoon of protein powder
½ a teaspoon of matcha powder
¼ of a spoon of mineral drops
Half a frozen banana
2-3 drops of stewia
A handful of blueberries
5 almonds




Preparation
First, mix the almond milk, mineral drops and stevia, then add the almonds, fruit, matcha and protein powder and mix everything together in a blender. Pour the smoothie in a glass and drink it right away.

If you’re not a fan, you can skin the mineral drops or matcha powder and you can freely adjust it to your taste. Enjoy!
