Carrot smoothie

Ingredients
A few apples
2 carrots
A cup of oatmeal
A cup of yogurt
A cup of rice milk
A cup of freshly squeezed orange juice

Preparation
Put the oatmeal and yogurt in a blender and mix them for under a minute before adding the rice milk and orange juice. Cut the apples and carrots, then add them in the blender and mix everything together until you get the desired mixture. If you want to, you can add a little water.

200 ml. of yogurt
A teaspoon of honey
A handful of integral oats

Preparation
